On check out just 1 person at the counter during rush hour (8:30 AM). When I got home I discovered that they put the wrong invoice in an envelope. I need the invoice for my business administration. Already called to the hotel 3 times and emailed them twice, but it’s still not solved.
Besides, at dinner 3 items on the menu not available and the breakfast card was not collected at night. To get my breakfast in the room I had to explain the issue to 6 different people.
