"Definitely a luxurious hotel with extremely comfortable and plush beds. My husband has back issues and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. We are here three times this year and each stay is about a week. Almost every staff member is outstanding in terms of being friendly, approachable and meeting your needs and beyond. We will definitely be back in 2026."

"Beautiful hotel. Had the best view from our room. We dined at the restaurant upstairs and it was delicious. Room service was so good! Probably the best room service I have ever had. Pool was perfect temperature, and so relaxing with spa zen music playing through the speakers. Comfy bed. Only fault was the water was green when we went to fill up the bath… so we didn’t use the bath. But overall we loved it. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were super friendly. A lady that works in the bar upstairs was really rude :) .. we were next in line for the harbour view table and when we asked she said no I’m giving it to the people next to you… even though they arrived after us. That was the only fault of the whole hotel :) Hopefully she gets better customer service experience. "

"Hotel is located just behind Darling Harbour so plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed in one of the Club rooms which was a very generous size and the club lounge offered good variety of breakfast and evening drinks/canapes etc. Staff were also excellent and always happy to assist. Would happily stay again. "

"Great value property and if you dont mind walking its only about 2.5 km across the harbor bridge to the city centre. A beautiful walk. Rooms spacious . On arrival at night , did find the entrance a little confusing as a driveway to the foyer is up a lane way behind another high rise. On weekends very quiet area as a business district but through week much busier. Close to supermarkets and restaurants."
