"We arrived late for check in after a flight delay (arrived at 3am). The room I booked for our party of 3 adults (2 bed and a pull out couch) was no longer avalible they said, I asked if we could switch in the morning (my cares no longer existing after a day of travel and being 3am ha!) And the staff said no problem. Room keys didnt work so staff came to help out, turned out someone was already placed in the room. This aside (mistakes happen and systems mess up!) the 2 staff working were absolutely amazing. Hilarious, apologetic and kind. Very professional and even brought us snacks up when we finally got settled in our room (that did end up being what I booked!). Hotel was clean and pool was nice. No complaints at all. Every staff member we interacted with was upbeat, friendly and kind.. but special shout out to those 2 ladies working the night shift on November 2nd! You rock! Restaurant in the hotel was underwhelming and miserable/sassy waiter. Absolutely did not return."

We opted to have dinners out with many different options and styles within close walking instance. The best was being so close to the beach. We were less than 100 yards to the beautiful beach."
