Kem is super wonderful. She made us feel so special. We went for a staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday. The mini surprise balloons n snacks n small cakes etc were so sweet and thoughtfully planned. Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead. TV keeps turning off by itself when changing channels. Check in counter and concierge can have more staff during peak check in and check out hours....
