"My family and I are very impressed at the amazing service rendered here. Staff are always ready with a smile, whenever our private hire reaches the hotel, staff at the entrance will never fail to open our car doors and help us with our items. Front desk is friendly, greeting us and smiling whenever we walk past. We had our flight arrive early on the day of check-in, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to grab breakfast. The hotel has a lovely lounge area which is spacious and comfortable. They were kind to allow us to check-in early at 12pm. Hotel has kid-friendly activities such a tote bag painting and DIY slime making, as well as an indoor playground in the meeting room. The pool facilities were clean and well-managed. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety that changes daily. There's a live egg station and empty dishes were cleared promptly. Feedback was sought from management about the food and any dissatisfaction was almost immediately worked upon. Housekeeping team was very friendly. One of the housekeepers, Cindy, folded a crab out of a bath towel for our young children. They loved it. We appreciate the extra service given by her. Room was always tidied up well, with the kitchenette in the room, we did not expect our dishes to be washed, but they were. Thank you Citadines for providing our family with such an amazing stay. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, especially for those with young children."

"This hotel is located inside a small mall. Next to GBK. Reception area is small but room is good size, clean. All staff are polite, friendly. I was delighted to see welcome fruits platter and small treat almost every day makes me smile. It's facing busy road so traffic noise is slightly annoying. Hotel swimming pool is clean and quiet. As I said it's inside the mall, so shopping and eateries and literally steps away. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing. "
