The hotel room is tiny for three of us. The heat in the room is overheated couldn’t breathe. When request the portable ventilator always bring later but never happen until third day. We requested to change bigger room but nothing happened I stayed in hotel for six days I won't return in future.

안녕하세요. 이 리뷰는 정말 슬픕니다. 객실에 대한 객관적인 피드백은 얼마든지 수용하고 개선하기 위해 노력하겠지만.. 사실과는 다른, 감정적인 리뷰는 받아들이기 무척 힘드네요. 고객의 불편을 무시하거나, 고의로 늦장대처를 한 것이 아니라는 것을 말씀드렸고 이해하셨다고 생각했습니다만 아니었던것 같습니다. 하여 사실과 다르게 기억하고 계신점을 다시 말씀드리겠습니다. 우선 방문해주신 날은 한국의 겨울이었고 난방을 가동할수 밖에 없었습니다. 이점은 이해하실거라 생각합니다. 사실 저에게 확인해보라고 한 방은, 숨이 막힐만큼 덥거나 숨막히지 않았습니다만 개인에 따라 다르다고 생각하기에 원하시는 방향으로 준비해드리려 했습니다. 1. 선풍기는 원래 제공되는 것이 아니라, 복도에 두는 환기용 선풍기가 있습니다. 다른 고객이 사용중이라 바로 가져다 드릴 수 없었고, 대신 선풍기를 드리기 전에 이미 에어컨을 사용할수 있도록 준비해드렸습니다. 처음부터 에어컨을 권유하지 않은 이유는 당시에 말씀드렸던것 같이 첫째, 여름이후에 사용한적이 없어 먼지가 걱정되었습니다. 둘째, 밖에 날씨가 더 춥다면 잘 가동되지 않는다는 정보가 있었기 때문이었습니다. 2. 방을 변경하기 위해서는 정해진 퇴실시간에 퇴실을 해주셔야 하는데 아무말 없이 외출하셨다가 오후 4시쯤에 돌아오셨습니다. 청소직원도 퇴근하셨고, 해당 방에 입실예정이었던 고객님들도 이미 도착하셨었습니다. 저희가 할수 있는 일은 없었습니다. 마음대로 짐을 뺄수도 없고, 새로운 고객님을 청소가 안된 방에 배정해드릴수는 없었니까요. 빈방이 있었다면 어떻게든 방법을 강구했을테지만 모든 방이 예약되어 있어 불가능했습니다. 3년전에 방문하셨다는 것을, 이곳에 도착해서야 알아챘다던 그 고객님이시요? 문득 당신과의 대화가 기억에 납니다. 제가 "우리가 이곳을 새로 인수한지 6개월이 지났다. 그동안 이곳 저곳 고치고, 꾸몄다. 변화가 보이나요? "라고 여쭸보았을때, 당신은 "더 낡았네요" 라고 답했습니다. 애초에 당신을 만족시키는 것은 어려웠을것 같다는 생각을 합니다. 저희는 최고급 서비스를 제공하는 호텔이 아닌, 위치 좋고 청결한, 가성비 좋은 게스트하우스입니다. 다음에는 실수 없이 호텔을 예약하시기를 바랍니다.

I really liked my time here. The couple that run the guesthouse are very friendly and their English was good. I felt cared for :) The room was small but functional. While the bed was hard, after a long day of exploring the city it didn’t really matter. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, juice and coffee. I think this was perfect. It was also nice to interact with other people staying at the guesthouse. The rooms are not very soundproofed but if you wear earplugs this doesn’t really matter. I also felt very safe and was not worried about myself or my stuff at all. The guesthouse is literally right beside one of the subway stations so getting around was super easy. There were lots of shopping options nearby, and some eating, with further eating options a simple train ride away. I would be likely to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul :)

Ashley!! 너무나 사랑스러운 당신을 기억하고 있어요! 인수한지 얼마되지 않아서 부족한 부분이 많았는데, 우리 숙소를 좋아해줘서 정말로 고마웠습니다. 당신이 우리의 손님이었던것이 정말 자랑스러워요. 기회가 된다면 다시한번 방문해주세요. 그때까지 지속적으로 발전하고 있을게요! 또한, 말씀해주신 피드백을 참고로, 침대는 개선하고 있습니다! 우선 푹신한 토퍼를 추가로 구입하였고, 추가로 보통의 매트리스를 구입할 예정입니다. 손님마다 선호하시는 침대유형이 달라 딱딱한 제형을 아예 없앨수는 없어서, 원하시는 분에게는 토퍼를 올려드리고 있습니다. 도움이 되는 피드백 남겨줘서 너무 고마워요! 진심으로 또 만나게 되길 바랍니다. 새해복 많이 받으세요 :)

I stayed in a single room which it’s a tiny, compact little room includes private bathroom, it’s perfect for solo traveler. Located in walkable, convenient shopping area and transportation is right there.

It was a nice stay! Spotted a cockroach in the bathroom but thankfully that was the only one. The owner was very sweet and nice. There’s a washer but no dryer.

Location is good and that’s about it for this place. I wasn’t expecting much but it was worse then I thought it would be. Bed feels like box springs, room is ok clean and the walls are thin. I would not recommend staying here even if it’s for one night.

Great Location with modest amenities
The,location is awesome. The property is very basic and similar to a college dorm. Staff was friendly but did not speak english. Breakfast was ramen noodles and toast with coffee.

Very close train station and myeongdong.
I had been early arrived there , they let me early check in and got a key to dropped my luggage in room, even the house keeping still clean up the room.

Overall the 24Guesthouse Myeongdong Town was comfortable and nice. The staff working there are kind and helpful and the room has everything you need. I liked how I had my own bathroom and shower and hair dryer and a tiny fridge. The only downside were the towels..they kindly give you a bunch of towels but they didn't smell very good. There was kind of a bad smell to them so I used my own that I brought. However that is minor compared to everything else. This place is excellent, comfortable, and in a great location so I do recommend it.

Very accessible to the subway station!
The room is very cozy for just 1 person. It made me felt at home. Breakfast was provided daily, the location of the guesthouse is just next to the exit of the subway station. Fantastic! Definitely will stay here again during my next solo visit!

Near Hoehyeon station, easy to access
It is really convenient and easy to access from the Incheon airport. We just take the Airport Limousine Bus 6001 which cost 15000 won and get off at Namdaemun market (Hoehyeon station). Just a few minutes walk then we saw the guesthouse in front of us. The staffs are nice and they could speak fluent english. The room is comfortable. We would like to stay here when we go to seoul next time.

Excellent location
The guesthouse is at a very convenient location. The space is very small but clean. We are out the whole day and pretty much just came back to freshen up and rest so we didn't mind the small space.

Convenient, central hotel with good transport link
The hotel is about 1 hour from Incheon airport via the limousine bus (15000 won to Namdaemun Market stop). From there it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel and it was easy to find for us (google map what the main entrance looks like or you might miss it!) The staff speak English well and checking in was easy. The room key is quite large so make sure you have space in your bag to carry it when out and about. The room was small but expected. We stayed 4 nights which is probably the max length of stay. Any longer we'd recommend staying somewhere a bit bigger. There is no storage for clothes etc. but there are hooks and hangers on the wall. We just used our suitcase to store our clothes. The bed was very firm and hard so forces you to sleep on your back - sleeping in any other position is uncomfortable. It's good for your back though I guess, but no chances to get comfy. The hotel occupies one floor and the rooms are not sound proof. Can easily hear next door talking and showering etc. If you have the air con it is generally OK and muffles some noise. The corridor has lots of useful information pinned on the walls and leaflets available. Info on how to get to the airport (in case you forgot) and places to explore in Seoul. Take your time to look at the info, if not the staff are very helpful! The bathroom is a wetroom and a bit on the small side but is OK if only for a short trip. Please note that you have to put all toilet paper in the bin which can be a shock at first!

It was really good stay. Definitely would come back when visit Korea. The staff was very helpful and also the location was perfect. Not so many choices of breakfast but it was good to hve a guesthouse with affordable price near the subway station and located in the heart of Seoul ( 5 mins walks to myeongdong market ) . 안녕하세요! 저도 치킨을 참 좋아하는데요.. 치킨을 금지해서 죄송합니다ㅠㅠ 현재 저희 숙소는 외부음식 중 국물이 있거나 향이 강한 음식을 제외하고는 전부 드실수 있도록 하고 있습니다(계란, 빵, 샐러드, 요거트 등). 이전에 외부음식을 허용했을 때 객실 청결을 지키는 것이 너무 어려워 하게 된 결정입니다. 다만 고객님들의 협조로 숙소의 청결을 유지하고 있습니다. 감사합니다. 특히 해충 퇴치 업체로부터 "숙소내에 살고 있는 벌레가 전혀 없다". 라는 피드백도 받았습니다. 앞으로는 청결도 유지하면서, 고객님이 편하게 머물고 갈 수 있는 공간으로 만들어 가겠습니다. 방문해주셔서 감사합니다.

Stayed here for transit to Vietnam. The hotel staff were kind. Conveniently located near Seoul Station and Myeongdong. Google map showed us a different hotel “24 guesthouse Myeyong Dong Avenue”. Need to check location before check in.

初めて利用しました♪とてもオーナーさんが優しくて、施設も清潔感あって神経使うぐらい清潔度がすごいですよ😍場所も、私にはとっても便利で　お買い物ももちろんバス🚌で、どこでも移動しやすいし、最高でした♪☆又、利用したいと思います。 シャワーも水圧しっかりありました。

4号線会賢駅6番出口と7番出口(7番出口はエスカレーターあり)のすぐ近くなので立地は最高にいいです。南大門市場もすぐ近くですし、明洞へも歩いていけます。1号線や2号線を使おうと思えば、市庁駅まで歩いていけます。近くにコンビニも数軒あります。 チェックインする際に行き届いてない所がある、不便な所があるという説明は受けましたが、備え付けのドライヤーを使用する際、コンセントに差し込むと緩いのか常にコンセント部分をを押さえつけながらではないと止まってしまうというのが不便てした。 部屋には小さい冷蔵庫もあり使用しましたが、冷蔵庫に入れてたよね？という感じの冷え具合でした。 立地や交通の便を最優先に考え、少しの不便を我慢し寝るだけで使用するにはとてもいいと思います。
