Close to department store, shopping mall, subway and bus. Lots of food options nearby but not in hotel. Courtyard by Marriott walking distance for American breakfast

This hotel is conveniently located to the metro and buses. Across the street are several places to eat. Starbucks is next door along with a convenience store. Room was smaller than expected but it was clean and comfortable for 2 people. When returning to Seoul we will book this hotel again. Highly recommend for first time travelers using the metro.

3min walk ti Yeungdongpo Subway Exit 5. Wide range of food options around. Airport limo bus 6007 stops few feet away from hotel. Rooms are small and barely has enough space for luggage. Toilet config is poorly designed. Probably not suitable for double occupancy or family. Hotel is full everyday, do expect any chance of getting early check in or late check out. Room aircon is hard to use, it'll suddenly change to heater mode in the middle of the night

The reception staff had given me a room with spoilt lock and spoilt air con and a room with v poor view!! And sge deceived me by trlling me that she given me a upgrade to super King bed and highest floor! But upon going upto 18th floor, i found out tt both lock were spoilt and the room was facing rail wat track and the room was super warm despite me trying to adjust the air con. The repair man who cane told me that it would take very long to repair the lock! And thus i asked yo change room. And they gave me another room at 22nd floor! So the first room was not the highest floor. I just do not understand as to why the reception staff trying so hard to mislead me!!! Super disappointed and disgusted with how i was treated!!!! Never going to book room in this hotel anymore!!!!

The floor around the shower smelled of mold, likely from the vinyl tiles. Difficulty using tv (the guide was not accurate), was allowed only 1 Netflix for free, hard time controlling temperature in my room. Great access to metro, shopping, authentic restaurants and cafes.

The hotel was the worst in my life. Without detailed notices, the whole hotel blacked out. The elevators were not working. It was a nightmare in my life. There was nothing of a safety guide. I was so upset about it, but the hotel did not have any guidelines about the situation.

I'm truly disappointed with my experience at your hotel. The room, though visually appealing in the pictures, turned out to be much smaller in reality, leaving almost no space to move around comfortably. Moreover, the cleanliness was far from what I expected. The room was filled with hair, specks of dust, and to my utter disgust, even pubic hair was noticeable upon our first arrival. I chose your hotel based on the impression of a beautiful, clean and space depicted in the photos, but the actual experience fell drastically short of my expectations. This discrepancy has left me dissatisfied with my stay, and I hope improvements can be made to align the actual conditions with the advertised images.

Abysmal for the price
Duco, who helped us at the front desk when we checked in, was wonderful and so helpful as was the rest of the staff I spoke with during the stay. However, that is the extent of the good things I have to say. The room had it a king bed in it and that’s about all there was room for. Thank goodness I was the only one in that room, there is no way 2 people could comfortably stay there. It was closet sized and looked out over railroad tracks. It was also freezing and the thermostat was difficult to work. When I called down to have it looked at it was a few hours before the room was warm enough to sleep. The amenities and toiletries were minimal and very motel-like. I was given a voucher for the breakfast buffet and I am glad I did because if I paid for the food I would’ve been furious. It was lukewarm, unseasoned and the fresh fruit was completely dried out. I have stayed at other properties at this price point. I am not expecting a 5 start experience but this was just sad. I was not satisfied and I will not be returning. It was the most disappointing part of a rare weekend away.
