This hotel provides microwave, fridge and water dispenser. Hotel owner i guess, did not speak much probably due to language barrier but always willing to help. The room was compact but adequate and affordable since we just need place to sleep and the hotel location is really near to Sinseol-dong bus station and subway.

Very good
The Owner/Manager are friendly, accommodating, and approachable. The room is clean even small but enough for four persons (double bed). Toilet clean but they should have big towel

Great Staff!
The hotel itself is not super close to the nightlife BUT it is right next to the subway station and the folk market. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay and found this hotel to be worth the money. :)

good location but building have no lift
location was good near subway station, but hotel dont have lift. so have to carry heavy luggage. 2nd and 3rd floor. mineral water only give 1st day.

was ok. The location is in a alleyway. So it’s hard to find. The second and main problem is that you don’t control the heat. Forgot the name of the system. We were cold for the first three day before they gave us a heater

Highly dont recommend.
Dont expect any type of cleanliness. The bathroom was mouldy and smelt like the skewers, and the bedroom was dusty and dull. They have adjusted the power plugs so only a few can be accessed which was very annoyingly placed in the room. The heating was poor and we had to buy extra blankets to keep warm. The have a mini fridge which isn't even plugged in and the daily towel replacements dont look clean.

Reeks of cigarettes for a non-smoking room
Location: Close to Sinseol-dong station and while it can be a difficult station to get to, once you are there the hotel is a mere one minute walk located behind the fancy Ramada boutique. The area surrounding the station has a simple and sufficient typical cafes and small restaurants. Value: Alright. I thought this place would be better since I got the room with a discount, but for various reasons it turned out to be a regrettable decision to book this place. Cleanliness: Okay. So we got the double, but we received a double full size bed and a twin bed. The twin bed had this weird water stain on the sheets. The bathroom looked very clean, but the shower had bad water pressure, the shower faucet was extremely weird (two separate knobs for hot and cold water), and the shower head holder was broken. The strong smell of cigarettes also leaked into our room somehow. Most of it was through the bathroom vents (maybe the neighbors were smoking in their bathrooms?) but some may have come through the air conditioner too somehow. Overall: I don't think I would like to stay here again, unless I was in a situation where my next best choice would be a jimjilbang. But if you're looking for a cheap place and generally convenient location without high cleanliness expectations, by all means!

Dirty family room with futons
Chose the room to accommodate my two young kids. Big mistake. Futons maybe big but they take up all the space in the room. WhAtever space left is Dusty with lots of hair despite supposedly daily cleaning. Room is very spartan with very little place to put things. Overall is Dusty and uncomfortable for family stay.

Convenient Location and Welcoming Staff
Hotel is situated in a convenient location as it is close to Sinseol-dong Subway Station and three convenience stores. The hotel staff are very approachable and welcoming; the staff are able to communicate effectively in Korean and Mandarin so language was not a barrier to me. Great value for its price. Most of the room furnitures were properly maintained, however the size of the washroom that came with my family room feels a little small.

close to KRail station
Just 3 minutes walk to hotel. Room is congested but ok if just for sleeping & rest. Many restaurants nearby, recommend to try Oven Chichen & Beer that fried chicken tastes good.

Wir waren für 2.5 Wochen in diesem Hotel und haben ein gratis Upgrade erhalten und somit mehr als nur ein Zimmer gesehen. Das Hotel liegt für die ÖV-Verbindungen sehr gut. Man hat die Metro Station Sinseol-dong (Linie 1, 2 und Ui-Sinseol LRT). Mit dem Airport Bus hat man gleich in der Nähe eine Ein- und Ausstiegstation. Ansonsten hat es in der Umgebung von 5min Fussweg alles was man braucht. Sogar einen 24h Coin-Waschsalon ist in ca. 15min Laufweg zu erreichen. Während unserem Aufenthalt ging der Boiler kaputt. In den 3 Tagen der Reperatur wurde uns netterweise ein Eintritt in eine Bade- und Saunaanstalt bezahlt. Die Gastgeber können unterschiedlich gut englisch aber man kann sich verständigen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und helfen wo sie können. Sie sind aber nicht immer da, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit ihnen per What's app zu schreiben. Der Check-in und out war sehr einfach und ging problemlos von statten. Nomen est omen, die Zimmer sind wirklich klein. Aber es genügt, da man in Seoul so viel erleben kann. Wir sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen und Duschen im Hotel gewesen. Die Betten sind bequem und das Fenster genügt zum Lüften. Leider mussten wir feststellen, das nicht so oft gereinigt wurde. Das Bett war jeden Abend gemacht und die Abfalleimer entleert. Das Bad und der Boden wurden jedoch unregelmässig gereinigt. Vor allem beim Bad wäre es schön gewesen wenn alle 2 bis 3 Tage alles geputzt wurde. Die Räume sammeln schnell staub an und das sieht man.

チェックインが大幅に遅れてしましたが、快く迎えて頂き、部屋も暖かくして下さって疲れて到着したので、凄く、安心して休めました。 場所的には駅から近いので、便利です。 初めての場所でしたが、周りにお店も沢山有るので困らなかったです。 建物自体は古く怪しい感じですが、部屋やベット等は清潔だったので、寝るだけで有れば充分満足です。 又、利用したいです。

非常方便，好近地鐵新設洞站，附近有兩間大便利店，距離東大門都近，去其他主要景點地鐵站，都順路，老闆非常好人，幫我們拿行李上樓，走時幫我地拿行李去帶我哋坐機場巴士，親切到不得了，下次一定會再住此酒店。

新設洞の駅から徒歩3分！東大門まで歩いて20分ぐらい！周りは美味しいご飯屋さんがたくさんで、夜でも人通りが多く、コンビニもあり、とにかく大満足でした！そしてなにより、フロントのおじさんがとってもとっても親切でした^ ^また絶対行きます！
