This is a fantastic location, behind namdaemun gate & market on one side and City Hall & insadong in the other. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and hygienic environment. Hotel offers own tours and food options besides assisting with airport taxi calls too. Definitely a recommend!!!

I have had an amzing experience at Gracery. It was great all around for a fair price in a very good location with easy access to everything. Great first stay at this hotel. Strict on the check in time of 3pm but lockers available for free in the reception area. Comfortable bed with good light and AC system. Ver little noise from other rooms. “Japanese shower” bathroom.

Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything we needed including umbrella that we can borrow. They also have storage lockers that we used to leave our luggage while we went to Busan. This service is free up to 7 days if you return and stay with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with Korean as well as Western food variety. Subway and bus routes are nearby. It was easy to commute to the many attractions around Seoul. The hotel is also close to shopping districts. There is also a convenient store CU and Starbucks outside and it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

ホテルの周りは飲食店やコンビニカフェなんでも揃ってるので便利だった。 市庁駅で2号線のホームに行く際、途中で階段しかないところがあるので、スーツケース持って2号線に乗る時は注意が必要です。 あとお風呂が何の匂いかわからないけど臭かった… ベットサイドの照明や温度を調整するモニターが電源切れないので夜寝る時眩しかった。

フロントには日本語の話せるスタッフが多く安心できます。 日本人に人気があるホテルなので、周辺のお店には日本人で賑わっています。 トイレ、シャワーは別で、施設も新しく綺麗です。 ダブルルームですが部屋は広さは少し狭く感じました。2人で宿泊した場合、スーツケースを2人で広げるスペースはありません。1人は部屋、1人は出入口付近のスペースで行わなければならないと思います。 ただ最近のホテルの一般的な広さの設計です。
