Disappointed with what looked like a nice hotel when booking. The rooms are very, very cramped and unbearably hot with no way to control the AC, which turns off when out of the room anyway. Opening the window would help except for the incredible amount of noise that goes on outsidr throughout the night. The beds themselves are as hard as the floor. When I asked staff for an extra blanket they told me "no, we don't give out extra blankets." First time hearing that from a hotel. As nice as the placement of the hotel is, I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

They were so kind to accept a sudden change of our schedule. The hotel is close to a station, and the room was so clean. Just one point, the wall between shower area and toilet was so short that water came into the toilet.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. High tech areas. Beds/ mattresses are too hard to sleep on. Uncomfortable sleep. Staffs are nice. A white skirt and 1 earpod left at the previous room n try to retrieve. 7 nights stay. A washer was in the room was nice. Travel from USA.

My friends and I stayed here for 16 days while she had her surgery. This was our first time in South Korea and the entire staff were extremely kind and helpful. They gave us extra pillows and blankets so my friend could recover properly and when we needed a Taxi the front desk called for one for us since we were having trouble getting one from the road to take us to her Clinic. They showed me the app so I could even hail a taxi myself. This made going around much easier. The room was ALWAYS clean when we returned. The towels were fresh and we loved having the water bottle refreshments they brought every day. I plan on returning to Korea again and I will be coming back to this hotel. Our experience here was beyond excellent.

Just let the night be over.
Had to stay one night due to missed flight. No a/c, beds were box springs with sheets folded over them. Room so small, you had to backup to turn around. Bathroom had plumbing leak. They tried to fix, but couldnt. Tv did not work. Have to open window for any air. Loud outside till 5 am.

Not a good choice
The facility is somewhat old but nicely managed. However, all the arrangement in the room is cold fashioned and inconvenient. Tables to put things on are scarce. Worst thing was the smoking smell in the bathroom. It seemed that the smell came from other room via ventilation, and it was literally disgusting.

1. take >10min for water to drain after brushing teeth or washing face. 2. very thin wall, can hear next door noises. 3. foreigner not welcome. all power outlet were only 2 round pins (korea type), no flat pin no 3 pin. I asked for adapter, at first said don't have. Then said got 1 only, but ask for KRW10000 for deposit of the adapter. I walk to 7-11 opposite and bought a new high speed charging adapter. 4. room too small to open my luggage. 5. tooth brush/paste not provided, go 7-11 and buy yourself one...

Close to the airport
The staff spoke enough English to make check-in and check-out easy. Breakfast was a little strange - the restaurant was the top floor of the hotel with what must have once been hotel rooms used as mini-restaurants and the selection of foods was not overwhelming, but it was nice enough. The room looked very pretty and was very well decorated. It was equipped with a little kitchen that had a small hob, sink, fridge and kettle as well as a washing machine. The bathroom was more of a wet-room with a very nice shower (and I managed to make it very wet while showering, so don't leave anything on the floor!).

Really nice and great Japanese style eats!
We had to move hotels quickly and this one had an availability, which was great because it ended up being really nice. The decor is very old fashioned but in the fancy way. Rooms are lovely and ours had a little kitchen which would have been great if we were staying a while and wanted to cook up something quick. Great ammenities and lovely bathroom. The "free" breakfast was not free, since we had to pay around $8AUDpp and it wasn't worth it. Otherwise, everything was great and there are so many shops and food places to eat nearby, with a range of prices! :)

perfect for short stay for Gimpo airport
Good shower, confortable room also had a washing machine. Easy check in up to midnight . Roughly 15mins from hotel to Gimpo airport check if travelling via subway. Convienance store opposite hotel amd plenty of food and drink options in the vicinity.

I would not recommend this hotel. Looks good in photos but not a great a place to stay. Bus loads of tourists stay at this place. Not really a business hotel.

Just one night hotel near Gimpo Airport
After my friend and I open our luggage, there is no room to move. Room is small. But it has a mini kitchen with stove, kettle, microwave and a washing machine.

Would be better in the future
Lots of constructions were going on around the hotel. This made the environment not so friendly. However, once the constructions are done, the location may get a lot better with many additional facilities near by.

Nice motel, clean with friendly staff... Hotel is relatively new and in a new area, so online maps and navigation are not up to date so was tricky to find at first, but use the subway as a reference and it is easy... Subway gate 9 if I recall correctly

Year from now might be ok
Hotel is in the middle of construction zone 6am to 7pm. No air conditioning switched on in rooms. We were told to open window but noise from construction site very loud. Asked about fitness centre but don't have one despite being promoted on hotels with one. Rooms were clean but small.

Gimpo business travelers - convenient
great bed, great pillows, clean rooms, on time staff - they speak english. shuttle to Gimpo INTL 5 minutes. Also this hotel is near line 5 - 3 minute walk from station. they had the HVAC on before i even checked in room temp was comfy.

ベッドメイキングされない。布団が丸めてあるだけ。 タオルを新品に変えてくれない。 受付の人の対応は無表情。仕事のやる気のなさが伝わる。 エアコンのリモコンが壊れていると受付に伝えても対応無し。 チェックイン時にスタッフから“外国人が部屋の掃除するが問題ないか？”と聞かれる。このご時世にこの発言は不適切では？

地下鉄駅まで数分の交通至便なホテル。部屋は広さこそ十分ではないが、椅子が2脚用意され、テーブルもある。ただし、スーツケースを広げる場所がない。浴槽はなくシャワーのみ。トイレは韓国でも装備が広がっているシャワー式ではない。時間帯によってはフロントで日本語にも対応してくれた。
