"It has a good location and connects to MTR via the department store. It's a bit far (1 km), but there are many things along the way. The hotel is as luxurious as expected. I once stayed in Langham, London, and this Shenzhen hotel has that same vibe. The room is spacious, and the staff was attentive and responded to all requests quickly and correctly, even though they were not perfect in English. Overall, I will stay here again if I come to Shenzhen."

"We really liked the Grand Hyatt: the staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was big, well designed, and quiet, and had a great view of the city. The fitness center was big and well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet was superb. a really excellent stay."

"This is one of the best hotel with a cheap price. It’s beautiful and the view is incredible. Free water, laundry and snacks. It’s one of my favorite hotel. Stayed in many 5 stars and this is one of the best and the lowest price. It’s only 4 stars American standard because there’s no pool and bathtub which we don’t need. Otherwise it’s a truly 5 stars in the high end."
