"The hotel is very convenient for flying out of the international terminal at Tokyo Haneda Airport. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The dinner offerings were delicious. "Great location, had plenty to do and see in the area. Within easy reach of transport. Fresh towels every day and bins emptied, housekeeping every 3 days unless you request more, this worked for us. We didnt eat at tge hotel as we preferred to eat and experience all the local foods. "

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"The hotel is a great location. Bus from airport stops only 1 block from hotel. Beware the shower area includes a Japanese style. Have to work out the shower in the bathtub. Only bbc news English Channel. There is a Macas and a English pub nearby for cheap eats."

"Being right across the street from Shinagawa Station is the best part about this hotel’s location. Hotel staff were professional but were not the kind to give you the warm fuzzies. Hotel and rooms themselves were somewhat outdated, but clean. Would stay here again in a pinch, but not necessarily first choice."
