"The hotel looks beautiful. The staffs are very warm and accommodating. The rooms are clean and has comfy beds. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Good food in a very nice room. Staffs are really nice. The property is very close to Dotonbori and subway services, so its easy to go around...Stayed for 4 nights and we had a great time. Would comeback again!"

The room was decent size, bed comfortable, good AC and wifi. The hotel is a short stroll to the underground shopping mall which connects to Osaka's metro train system. Staff were cordial and competent. Recommended. "
