Better than expected. A little out of the way but easy to get a Grab to wherever you need to go.

The staff was very nice and kind. We enjoyed our stay, but there was no plug near the bed and no soap in the toilet. And we could hear the shower from the next room in ours. Overall, it was alright.
I understood that the room was small because the fee is cheap.
But it was not soundproof at all so I could hear all the sounds from the next room, hallway..
I could even hear the sound that people use toilet in our toilet
Overall a good place. Rooms are very small but clean. Stuff was friendly.

No hand wash, no seperate tap for drinking water, when requested hotel staff asked me to get drinking water from bathroom tap though no water bottle placed in the room

The water in Singapore is potable and can be consumed directly from the tap. A kettle is also provided in the room for boiling water. Room was tiny but it suited our needs. We were surprised to learn that the hotel did not have a fridge on site at all. We had medicine to refrigerate and were advised to buy some ice. Overall, the space was clean and i would recommend it to others as long as they knew about the fridge.

Very normal. No fridge in the room and no shampoo, no soap. Only body soup at the shower booth.

Bathroom had a lot of someone else’s hair left in the drain and a lot of dust all over the floor.
Room for improvement but a pleasant stay. Thankfully only in the room to sleep which is served the purpose for. Bed was comfy.

Front desk person was not helpful at all.
We arrived at about 11pm the desk person was not more than four feet away from entry door see us we are 70 years old struggling to push our luggage to entry door had no courtesy to even hold the door.
Plus room was smelling pee and had sewage smell. Mentioned to the receptionist in the morning and he says that is normal in this hotel
Hotel is situated in red light area.

Singapore has progressed significantly since a few decades ago, and our location is no longer a cause for concern. In fact, many guests have thoroughly enjoyed staying with us as our hotel in Geylang is well located - in the midst of many dining options, and accessible by Bus, Foot or MRT.

Ibis sapphire is a hotel for value. Room is clean, and free bottled water provided daily. The neighbourhood is not as noisy as I have expected but the MRT is a good 10+ walk away, far for someone likes me who hates walking especially in the heat.
Room was clean and quiet. I arrived early, so they checked if the room was ready and then said I can check in early free of charge. Staff were helpful.
