The staff was always courteous and professional. The room was small but we'll designed. Never heard from neighboring parties. Liked the Novena area..a lot.

Clean, helpful staff, great location
The apartment has all the amenities we needed: stove, microwave, toaster, sink, washer/dryer, 1 bedroom, bathroom, a living space equipped with WiFi and TV, and a large balcony to dry clothes. The apartment is clean and safe, the security is on guard 24h and friendly. The only setback was our washer/dryer did not work when we got there, which then we had to communicate back and forth to get it fixed for the following 4 days. We recommend to check all your amenities on the first day to avoid our experience. Outside of that, communication was good and staff was very helpful. Location was 10/10 as it is only 7 minutes walk to nearest train station and a mall with restaurants and shops/groceries. Grab & Taxi readily available.

Construction noise a big problem here and likely will be for years to come thanks to the hospital next door. The rooms are definitely NOT sound proof so don't expect to be able to work here. Speaking of working, they also don't provide a good desk and chair to work from, not enough space in the unit, and now I have a very bad back.

Apartment was generally clean and housekeeping is once per week. I was surprised that the toilet bowl seat had a lot of stains from previous tenants and that the shower drain made noise during showering. My unit was also a subunit so I could hear all the activities of the neighboring tenant which was uncomfortable. The swimming pool is located next to the reception so everyone who checks in will see the people using the pool. In a way that doesn't allow for privacy. Receptionists were helpful but i had to keep going down to get amenities like toilet paper and garbage bags so it was slightly inconvenient.

If you have a wheelchaired person with you...
Facilities are new, staff are friendly, beds are comfortable, environment is pleasant and can easily assess to public transports. Can do simple cooking. Only thing is that for wheelchaired bound person, it will not be easy to bath. And going out on foot is difficult as the roads are uneven and with quite a bit of ups and downs. You got to have strong hands to push around. If you drive, that is not an issue.

Everything was extremely easy, from check in to booking a slot for use of the swimming pool. My only complaint was that having booked a 2 bedroom for 4 people even though there were only 2 people occupying the facility I was disappointed that there was only 2 chairs at the dining table and only 1 2 seater sofa in the lounge area. This would have been a little uncomfortable if there had been 4 of us staying.

We liked the cleanliness of the units and staff were nice. We didn't like the size of the unit as it was very small and not enough seating in the living area and the bedroom was very small as well. There was no outdoor furniture so we didn't use the balcony. It was hard to find Reception as there is no external signage or dedicated entrance.
