Having only 26 rooms the staff get to know you and you them creating a very friendly atmosphere. Some areas of the club are tired and need some TLC and based on the what we witnessed that appears to be happening. We're not big fans of climbing into a bath to have a shower, would prefer a seperate shower.

Quiet and clean room Facing clean view. If can free upgrade to suite would be a nice touch

Great location and amenities. Love that they have free shuttle going to vivo city. Room’s a/c air felt bit moldy.

Hi Mr Alvin, i am ting. I booked a stay at ONE 15 Marina on the 21st Sep 2019 hoping to enjoy a stay here. There were many problems with the room 25.15 . Firstly the air condition was not working since the time I checked in. I tolerated the air conditional condition while being in the room. I then decided to approach your reception counter to enquire on how to go about with this. Your receptionist told me over a phone to send an engineering team to try to fix the air condition. Then after close to an hour, there is no result and your engineering team headed out. To my astonishment, the manager in charge, Wendy , told me that she would send your technician team to see again. This time your technician team is back up again. The more important fact is that this entire situation happened in the room, with us being the guest in the room. The manager in charge told me that fans will be provided to compensate the room heat, but it took another 45 minutes and after a second call to the reception before the arrival of one fan. This is the first thing I would like to highlight about your service in One 15 Marina. Then after 2 hours, your manager in charge, told me that there was nothing that they can do. To my amazed, there was nothing done or any arrangements that she can help us with. With the effort and time I spend to plan this stay for my partner's birthday celebration, has just gone to waste. And at a oddly time in the middle of the night, we firstly need to find transport out of
