The hotel is very well located except that the Piccadilly line wasn’t available at the time. Front desk staff were excellent. Housekeeping was perhaps too efficient as they cleared/ disposed of my personal water bottle, much to my disappointment. Would stay here again though

I really enjoyed staying here.
The front desk staff were so kind and friendly.
The room was a bit small but it was okay to stay.
It's not far from tube station. It took me around 7-10 mins by walk.
The hotel atmosphere was so pretty. I really loved the christmas tree and fireplace.
The bar was so fancy and great. I can't remember the cocktail name that I ordered but it was nice too.
I would love to visit the hotel again :)

A great little gem in South Kensington area!
Number Sixteen was a very much expected property out of the many Firmdale Hotels in London after great experience in the Whitby Hotel in New York.
Have booked 3 nights initially but I had to extend one more night because the whole experience in Number Sixteen was just so amazing.
A private, secure, quiet, convenient, and comfortable, great English hospitality with exceptional interior designs,
overall a very lovely hotel with perfect attention to...

A lovely little boutique hotel. Great service. Breakfast is simple but effective. Rooms are very nice. Area is not so good if you are looking to move around in central London but good for Imperial college and the v&a.

Most friendliest staff I've ever came across in London, especially Mr. Charles!
They keep the rooms nice and clean and well maintained facility. This is my go to and most favourite place to stay moving forward. I highly recommend!

Quite location within a upmarket estate. Earl Court Underground station nearby with good food options within walking distance. A short bus ride to Exhibition St, where some of the museums are at.
