"After confirmation where we were supposed to collect keys at the apartment, we were told to collect our keys from a local 7/11, after getting lost, we then had trouble working out where to park, no information was provided and there are two entry points to the building. Thank god someone was in the lift to show us how to use the sensor to get to our floor or else were would have been sleeping on the streets.
