The only criticism would be the coffee at breakfast. The flat white from the machine was undrinkable. It may have been that particular machine but everything else was fantastic. "

"At first, the room was very unsuitable: it faced the inner courtyard with a 24/7 source of noise: the enormous air conditioning system. Changing rooms was no problem. The new room was tasteful, sufficiently large and very clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout."

"The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful we’ve stayed here before and weren’t disappointed with most aspects of our stay. Our only disappointment was the ‘bathroom’ in our room. It was too small and therefore very uncomfortable. Previously, we have always had a really nice, comfortable bathroom in our room so this was a big disappointment. Other than that, everything else was very good."
