"Clean and quiet"

"Nothing can beat the location for the price. Near 2 tube stations and we were able to get anywhere we needed. We were in the renovated area and it was done very well. Of course in central London all of the rooms are small, that being said, there was good use of space. Took my Mom and we had 2 twin beds. Nice linens and mattress. Did need a luggage rack in the room. "

"The woman who checked us into the hotel was fantastic. She upgraded us to a premium room and let us in to the room at 10am and gave us free breakfast every day! Breakfast was really good and well organised with buffet and dishes available to order all of which were tasty and to a good standard. This was my second stay at this hotel and would definitely book again."

"Great hotel. Tube access is close, but if you are up for a walk you can get to many of the main attractions. Staff are excellent- so friendly and helpful, from check in, to the lounge, to the cleaning staff."

"Coming to London I wasn’t sure where to stay as I had quite a few factors to consider. But I cannot recommend this hotel more. They really treat you like royalty. I felt very safe, room was a great size and even got upgraded to a room with a beautiful view. Room service & the fry up was very tasty but there are a million options around if you want them. Kensington is a great area to walk around like a local but quick access to the tourist stops via bus or train if you’re not up for walking."
