"I would rate 6 out of 5 for my 28-day stay! I appreciate how friendly the staff on the 17/F (and 15/F) were to me. "location and price was quite good. Found few bed bugs on bed, WiFi doesn’t work well 90% of the time during our stay and Signal of TV channel was unstable (unable to watch certain public channels). If the above issues was fixed, it would make the stay much more comfortable and convenient. "

"Rooms are spacious for Hong Kong. Can hear noise from next room but that’s with most hotels. Water for shower wasn’t hot enough. Not sure if it was just our room that had this issue."
