"What a lovely place to stay and so clean and well run. Conveniently located for all the lovely old street shops and restaurants. If there was one negative it would be that the front desk should tell late returning guests to not bang doors or behave loudly."

"One of our favourite stays in Malacca. The service staff are excellent and go all the way to help. However, they had to shuttle between Heereen Palm Suites and Heereen Straits Hotel. Breakfast was a decent spread of local food and we loved the handmade epok epok with lots of fillings (and feelings). Great location but a nightmare getting Grab into and out of the area during the long holiday weekend, otherwise it should be fine. Overall, a pleasant stay for a family of 4. "
