"Great customer service in all departments. You are greeted at the enterance by freindly staff and check in was seemless. We were given complimemtary breakfast on our first day. We were given the wrong room number when we arrived and were given complimentary lunch for our troubles. My wife was celebrating her birthday and they provided a complimentary nice cake and treats for her. "

"The apartment was clean and spacious. The daily service was amazing and all the staff from front desk to house keeping are friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to everything. Our family has stayed in the same hotel every time we go to KL because of the positive experience we always have."

"Really nice clean room. Great location really close to the shopping centre. Only negative is that they don't let you book breakfast when booking through Expedia and a little misleading when you check in. Otherwise great hotel and facilities. "
