"Staff should improve their English, but they try to do everything is possible to help you. The Hotel is super clean, Shibuya Crossing is 2 blocks away, a lot of restaurants around, and on the first floor, the green line of the subway is a few meters away; it is a very safe area, there is a room in front of the elevator, in the floor 10 or 9, that have a collection of vinyl disc (a kind of music room) whre you can go and play a vinyl disc."

The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to explore. Check-in was seamless, the staff were friendly, spoke English, and the service was simply superb. Honest, professional, and just outstanding service all around. You truly can’t go wrong staying here."
