"The service and amenities at this property were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast, tea time, and evening appetizers included were above expectations and we all loved watching the nightly light show on the metropolitan government building across the way from the top floor. The location was perfect as well for transportation purposes and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Tokyo in the future."
"What makes this place special is an incredible unwavering culture of service. If there is anything they can do to make their guest comfortable they will not hesitate to do it. Great place to spend a work or vacation stay. "

"Our room was super clean and beautiful. The location was excellent....literally steps away from restaurants, shopping, music. The staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend lyf Shibuya Tokyo"
"We started our Japan trip staying at this hotel, and after a long flight, it was a great start. The rooms are pretty spacious and the location worked well for us. We attended a Yakult Swallows baseball game across the street and was our main reason for selecting this hotel. What was also great was that the hotel was also an easy walkable distance from Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. There's plenty of great shopping and food in walkable distances. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Luggage storage a bonus!"
"We stayed at Hotel Gracery for just one night before heading elsewhere, mainly to be in the thick of Shinjuku. It was a really great place to stay and be able to pop in and out as we desired. Really enjoyed the area and the Godzilla theme is fun! Definitely worth staying here if you want to experience Shinjuku."
