"Family friendly facilities , indoor play area for young children . Public bath is clean and comfortable . However , it seem overly crowded with tour groups checking in . But space is adequate for all. Half board dinner seem pricey but reasonable varieties . Was expecting Jap hotpot set dinner instead of buffet , kind of disappointed in that ."

"Overall, a very disappointing place. There is serious hygiene issue here and the place needs major care. The place was in no condition to receive any guests - kitchen appliances in horrific state and oven exhaust covered with thick layer of grime plus hundreds of small dead bugs. The kitchen area is not the only place with issues. Please do not stay here, the photos on the web may look nice but they are outdated photos. The owner of the property is irresponsible for renting this place out....

"The hotel is in a great location, next to the Hell Valley walkable, and also Bear park, also walkable. In addition, the onsen is pretty decent and big, and there are outdoor onsens as well. Food is fantastic, and there are also arcade games in the hotel. Will not hesitate to visit here again."
