"Exceeded my expectations. Front desk staff were friendly & welcoming; spoke English well and tolerated my poor attempts to speak in Korean :) There is some construction nearby with some noise after 8 am—did not bother us. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, City Hall metro stop, bus stops. Would definitely stay here again. Not the cheapest option, but good value."

"Imperial palace was our home for 2 weeks while we stayed in Seoul and I’m beyond happy with this choice. It was near the subway (Itaewon station) and was easy to get anywhere in the city from there. The nightlife on the weekends were lively but the party areas were far enough from the hotel that it didn’t disturb us. Very clean part of town and safe. Lots of shopping nearby with lots of restaurants at a walkable distance. The trail to hike up to the Namsan tower is close, as well. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept with swanky vibes and moody lighting. The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay here again! By mid trip, we started referring to it as “home”. "

"Comfortable room & very quiet with good view, despite the overhang for our room. We could still see the beautiful Hangang! A great shower and so many dining options outside of hotel in and around yongsan station as well as the fantastic I park mall. A convenience store on 2nd floor was great! Yongsan station is connected to hotel via a covered walkway and so it is easy to access all Seoul via subway & buses. The airport shuttle, 6001, leaves from bus stops about 5 min walk from yongsan station, so about 10 min from hotel. Overall an excellent location and beautiful hotel even though some construction nearby, although it was not too disruptive. The staff are excellent and friendly. "

"Loved our stay at Fraser Place. The washing machine in the room was great as it meant we could pack less and have more luggage space to bring home snacks and souvenirs from Seoul. The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s within walking distance to Myeongdong and Namsan tower and right next to Namdaemun market. There are excellent transport links via buses and the subway. The hotel was clean and facilities were great. Staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Seoul! Thank you Fraser Place!"
