"The Metropolitan Hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also very conveniently located close to a train station. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"This is a phenomenal, first time to Tokyo, stay that everyone should have! It is in the heart of Shinjuku with all the entertainment, restaurants, bars, hustle and bustle energy that gives you the true Tokyo experience! Their breakfast buffet is excellent. Their customer service is phenomenal. They have laundry. We had a city view that was spectacular. The Godzilla head that lies on the eighth floor, where the reception is, makes for a fun vibe! This hotel caters to tourist, which is nice for a first time stay. I was so impressed that I rebooked this hotel on the tail end of my trip after going to Kyoto. For sure I will book here again. It is centrally located and walking distance to a major train station. When booking be aware that some of the rooms are under 200 ft.² so for a solo traveler that’s fine especially if you’re not planning on being there long. The second time around I chose a room that was over 300 feet which was much more spacious and worth the extra money!"
"I had the best time in Toshi Center Tokyo. It was my first time visiting Tokyo. I had no idea of the area. My plan was to book a private tour package that includes transfers. Then when I get to the hotel I learned about how close it is to two subway stations that can bring me everywhere I want. So on my first day I went exploring around the hotel neighborhood to learn about streets and restaurants. GPS in Tokyo Japan works so well. The nearest subway station is right next to Kioichi Farden Terrace - plenty of restaurants to choose from. Nagatacho Station has a SuperMart too. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Even at night (10-11pm) when I am walking back to the hotel after my day trips I feel safe. Hotel is in front of a Family Mart which is very convenient. I even extended my stay because I really love it there. The Buffet breakfast was excellent! There were plenty of options. They have affordable self serve laundry so you dont have to bring home your dirty clothes. My room was on the top floor so my window view was the best! The room is small but perfect for a solo travelled like me. I love the bathroom. The staff speaks English and are so respectful and helpful. I would surely come back here. "
