"It was a pleasant experience staying at W Hong Kong. The facility is so well maintained and room service staff were really thoughtful and considerate. They organized my makeup table neatly on the table after cleaning the room. The details do matter and I’m glad I got to stay in such a great and convenient hotel."

On top of that, the hotel boasts a breathtaking view, as it is located at the very top of the building, giving guests the perfect vantage point to appreciate the surrounding cityscape."

"I don't know why you guys(Experia) want me to write another review of Eaton HK, I wrote one before.This is like my 4th stay in like 2.5 years. Everything is fine at Eaton HK. Location is near everything. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy to get to. Clean room and comfortable bed. The only Con is the smaller room. If you're not a frequent traveler to HK. Most HK hotel have smaller room unlike in US. I personally love a small room, but that's me."

"The male receptionist staff Ming Peng went above and beyond in his customer services. He was extremely sweet and paid attention to details! He made sure us to have the hotel umbrella 🌂 before we walked out when it was raining! He also got us suitable bandaid when my husband injured his big toe! I also remembered he got us a cabby and helped us for luggage during our last stay in December, 25. He is certainly an asset to your hotel! We didn't request housekeeping during our stay but just a phone call down the reception, they got us all the essential toiletries replenishment! I would recommend this hotel to travellers in no doubt!"

"Location was spot on, right around the corner from the MTR entrance and airport bus stop. The room was very small as expected. The worst part about the room was the floor - instead of carpet or tiles, the floor was covered with some sticky rubber mat that looked and felt very dirty. Luckily disposable slippers were provided. This is a basic no frills hotel so no bathmat in the toilet, no handsoap at the sink and no tea cups provided. Staff were not the friendliest but requests were attended to quickly "
