"We boles this property to relax in the steam, sauna and jacuzzi after long days off sightseeing. We were disappointes when we went to use them and all 3 were out of order. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel felt more clinical than other hiteks we stayed in, the staff felt kore corporate and not friendly "

"We highly recommend The Eton Hotel. We had a beautiful room facing The Huang Pu river and the city. The building is located close to the city centre and you can admire fantastic views straight after leaving the hotel. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our room was carefully and beds were made every single day. We were provided with fresh bottled wated. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty and freshly prepared. My wife especially enjoyed waffles and pancakes. We enjoyed our stay at The Eton. We will surely come back!"

"The aircon was locked on heating making for an uncomfortable first two nights at 25.5 °C. Fortunately concierge sent someone to switch it to cooling mode for me. While a little dated, the room size was excellent as was the sauna."
