The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming, making everything effortless from check-in to departure. Its location is ideal—just a short, easy walk from the airport, which made our journey so much smoother. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, with a great variety and quality to start the day. "We highly recommend The Eton Hotel. We had a beautiful room facing The Huang Pu river and the city. The building is located close to the city centre and you can admire fantastic views straight after leaving the hotel. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our room was carefully and beds were made every single day. We were provided with fresh bottled wated. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty and freshly prepared. My wife especially enjoyed waffles and pancakes. We enjoyed our stay at The Eton. We will surely come back!"

"The aircon was locked on heating making for an uncomfortable first two nights at 25.5 °C. Fortunately concierge sent someone to switch it to cooling mode for me. While a little dated, the room size was excellent as was the sauna."
