Clean facility and room. The room is a bit small but we managed during our stay in Tokyo. The staff is helpful and nice. The hotel is located next to the train station and a Family Mart which is a plus.

The room was clean, beds comfy, and spacious enough for two people. Coffee and pastry was nice for the early mornings before restaurants were open. Convenient location. My only complaint was the dryer took forever to dry my clothes, had to restart it three times.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was amazing and incredibly convenient, with direct access to the Yurikamome Line, which made getting around so easy. There were plenty of food options nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was never a problem. Having a FamilyMart right at the bottom of the hotel was a huge plus and made everything even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The room for single travelers is very small but clean. The bathroom is even smaller. My advice is if you are claustrophobic then you might want to avoid this place. Besides that the staff is very friendly, polite and are always happy to assist you.

This room met my expectations. It is a bit of a walk from the subway when you have multiple bags but not out of the way. I found that the staff was amazing and attentive to my needs when checking in early. Overall I would definitely stay hear again. This hotel is not for people over 6’3”. Like many the accommodations are not meant for overly tall people but it is suitable for a short stay.

There is a connivence store on the first floor, so that was great. Check in and out was super easy and smooth. They also have a cloak room where you can leave your luggage until your next accommodation is available or your flight , very helpful. Location was great, clean, and safe. Area was quiet. Small rooms but that’s to be expected. My only suggestion is for the hotel to get better mattresses. It felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. Little to no cushioning, which was uncomfortable. So if you struggle to sleep in certain areas due to the bedding, don’t stay here. Otherwise, this place is great!!

Staff was very friendly and check in/check out was easy with additional perks such as check in early/check out late when signing up for their program for free. Towels and trash was replaced once a day with free cleaning every 3 days and multiple activities within the lobby. Amenities are available, but they’re self serve. Would definitely check in again with Hotel TAVINOS in another time.
