"Location of the hotel is good!"
Location of the hotel is very good! You can walk to the malls nearby and to Jonker street. Good breakfast spread as well and the breakfast croissant baked on the spot is the highlight! The rooms are fairly comfortable. The only slight letdown is the musky smell in my parents' room but the hotel staff changed room for us when we complained. Oh the biggest letdown is the lifts. The wait takes you forever.

"Centrally Located Hotel with amazing day bed "
We came with a group of friends to tour Melaka. The hotel is located conveniently across the malls, so you can easily pop across to get your shopping fix. The hotel is also a mere 15 min walks to Jonker Street. You can pass by several attractions en-route. If you are driving, they provide free parking at basement or ground level. Valet parking is chargeable at RM20 if i did not remember wrongly. Room wise, they are newly furnished. Exterior the looks of the hotel may not appear to be brand new, but we truly love the room experience, with the huge day bed which we lounged upon to enjoy the city view or just a quiet moment.

"Nice View"
We took the executive room (without balcony) and it has the most amazing view of malacca town. And i love how the designs is as what was depicted. The bathtub is unique ans the rooms are cosy. The breakfast spread was good, however there was a huge crowd. Since we took the executive room, it would be nice (as a suggestion) that the hotel segregated the executive breakfast as well as I was informed that during school holidays it can get crowded. Overall it was a gd stay, wished I could stay there longer and enjoy the views n food in malacca. Will definitely come back.

"Nice Hotel"
1) Everything was good, except for mould/dirt on the shower screen. Thought this was a fairly new hotel? 2) Wifi speed was slow & it was limited to only 2 users at a time. I was with my family & there's definitely more than 2 users! Allowing more users & upping the wifi speed would have been great. Apart from the above shortcomings, I must say it was a pleasant stay overall.

"Nice & Clean Hotel but time to change mattress"
Hotel is clean & nice, unfortunately is time to change mattress. I stayed family suits with 1 King & 1 Queens beds. Both mattress was sunken in the middle and out of shape, although we can see it was quiet good quality mattress, but it is time to replace with proper structure type

"Bright spacious and comfortable hotel"
Lovely bright and spacious room ,comfortable bed, large shower in good size bathroom. All the amenities you would want.,including good air conditioning. We made good use of the swimming pool. There is a gym but we didn't use it. The restaurant serves good Asian food and is very comfortable with attentive, friendly staff. We could not fault staff at any point in our stay. Always friendly and helpful. Two downsides. There is a live band in the bar six nights a week, which is great if you want to be up till 1.00am enjoying it, but even on the fifth floor the noise from the bar kept us awake. Also the breakfast was not great.

"Historic Melaka"
Melaka is a delightful destination with many interesting sights and sounds. As throughout the Malay Peninsula and Borneo food is of particular importance and in Melaka the Nonya and Portugese influences make for a varied and exceptional diet. The bum boats plying the river as far inland as the bridge will allow make for a pleasant hour to learn something of the history of the city. The museums and temples are well presented and extremely interesting whilst the recently renovated and preserved streets of the old town allow for a leisurely stroll of exploration.
