"Absolutely delightful. It’s always an annual 4-night affair for our family in the first weekend of July for Gold Coast Marathon. From the clean & happy spaces to comfy beds it’s hard to find anything to fault (bar perhaps no space in the fridges & the current inability to let fresh air in whilst all balconies are closed). "

We come here every year when there is a good deal for room and theme park entry and we also had breakfast included this time so even better."

The bed was super comfortable and being on the 13th floor, was quiet from road noise. Very convenient with the tram stop right outside and easy access to all the tourist spots. "I booked a 2 bedroom suite. In the main bathroom, the shower is over the bath. The side wall of the bath is quite high and I found it difficult to step over getting both in and out and also the bath was quite slippery. I would like to see a steadying handle fitted to the wall opposite the glass walled entry point. I am a senior citizen and I felt several times that I was going to slip and fall "
