施設は、若干古いかと思いますが、それを取り消すくらい素晴らしいスタッフさんの対応でした。 ホテルの廊下が少し寒かったです。

予約サイトに夕食の選択がなく、到着時に食事は和食ですねと言われました。洋食に変えていただけましたが、あらかじめ確認して欲しかったです。施設は少し古いですが、送迎していただいた近隣温泉と周辺の散策環境は素晴らしかったです。食事はあまりおすすめしません。

裏切らない名ホテル
数年前娘と立ち寄りあまりの快適さにびっくり。八甲田の山の中にこんなに素敵なホテルがあるのかと度々お邪魔してます。 友人には青森県に行くなら是非泊まるべしと勧めてますが、泊まった人は必ず素晴らしかったと。ダイニングルームが素晴らしく、山の中にも関わらず洗練された雰囲気。そこでいただくフレンチはしっかり美味しいです。青森の食材も嬉しいです。また、和食もとても行き届いた内容です。お刺身はいつも新鮮。和食のメインのお椀は手の込んだものです。和食で感心するものに出会うことは稀ですがここのホテルのは素晴らしいです。和食の難点は和食を選ぶとあの素晴らしいダイニングルームで食べられないことですが、お客を見ながら揚げてくださる揚げ物等のタイミングを考えると仕方ないのでしょうね。 スタッフの方も皆さん温かく親切な雰囲気です。ホテルなのに大浴場があり酸ヶ湯温泉高くだけありお湯も素晴らしいです。
