The standard room was small. No table and chair or hangers but lots of storage space. You had to opt in for daily servicing.

Room was a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be but everything clean and tidy and able to be warmed up with heat pump. It did hav lots of cupboard space but lacked a place to hang clothes needing clothes hangers. Also no extra blankets should you need one, no hair drier. A toaster would have been useful too. Overall a good stay. Very affordable as well.

No lobby, no sign, no lift

This is not like a real hotel. We had to get the roomkey at the Albert Bar. The accomodation seems to have changed its name or it is operated under different names. Very difficult find as the name is nowhere to be found. Lift only goes up one floor! We had a room on the second floor, so had to drag our luggage up the stairs.

Shower flooded on first use, drain was completely blocked with hair! Show hose was split so water sprayed everywhere. Bathroom fan couldn't turn off so was noisey all night. Fridge was unplugged so had a puddle of water on entry...

Office unattended for long periods- no one there till 1030 am… errr Dirty stairwells and lift only went to the first floor Pubes in bathroom.. not mine Someone’s jumper left in cupboard Melted ice cream in freezer Nil soap for sink Noisy outside and inside rooms .. screaming somewhere and people bouncing ball outside units. Generally grungy… cheap but I guess you pay for what you get. Won’t be back

Difficulty finding the place. No signage. New name, now Bliss. Main desk was at the bar of a front hotel. Room was clean, but very basic. Very close to a function we attended. Otherwise not highly recommend.

Total rip-off. No one knew I was booked in, but they knew they had my money. The bar manager phoned the service manager to get my key - took 45 mins. Thereafter, no service. I dragged my suitcase up one flight of stairs (I'm 75). No milk in the fridge, TV disconnected, room not cleaned on 2nd day. Terrible.
