Gostei de me hospedar no Hanna Palace, fica próximo de tudo, atendimento foi ótimo, café da manhã e também o chá da tarde. Os únicos inconvenientes ao meu ver foi o ar-condicionado que fazia muito barulho, não tinha ar no quarto dos meus filhos. Na cidade tudo fica entre o rio e a via férrea, por esse motivo quando as locomotivas passam um apito bem alto acaba incomodando. Mais eu indico para quem precisar conhecer o hotel.

Esperava mais do hotel, pela localização que é no centro da cidade. O que falta é dar uma melhoria nos quartos. As pessoas da recepção e os que preparam o café da manhã são EXCELENTES( preparam com carinho e são muitos atenciosos na recepção).

Chegamos e minha família recebeu um excelente atendimento do recepcionista Wesley. A responsável pela arrumação Maxilene também foi muito proativa nos auxiliando no que foi necessário. Gostamos muito do quarto no qual ficamos.Deixamos o nosso carro em um estacionamento 24 h nas proximidades do hotel, pois na frente não havia vaga. Bem localizado e próximo de vários estabelecimentos comerciais. Recomendo e retornaremos em breve ao hotel.

Estadia tranquila !! Mas as vagas em frente ao hotel ! São da prefeitura da cidade e cobram por hora!! Se pernoitar é melhor não arriscar pois pode ser multado!! Melhor opinião é colocar no estacionamento particular!! Nós grandes feriados não a vaga nem para parar em frente ao hotel!!

Gostei muito do atendimento diferenciado, bom café da manhã . Se pudesse dar uma dica seria... Colocar tomadas para carregar o celular E em relação ao check in e check-out deveria ter variação de horário. Tipo entrei no hotel às 19:00 e entreguei no dia seguinte ao 12:00, caso não entregasse nesse horário pagaria outra diária. Poderia entregar um pouquinho mais tarde já que entrei às 19. No mais tudo perfeito.
