Resort is old and run down Water sports? Dont bother as the water is dirty ATV? What terrain are you talking about? Just some flat dirt track Hotel pool is murky Food is decent though, staff are friendly

The hotel was full and the Terrace Café was used for a private function during the whole Good Friday weekend so we ended up sitting at the poolside which is non-aircon (I killed 2 mosquitoes which had my blood in them!). Should consider offering more flexible hours for the shuttle to Nagoya.

Happy and satisfied and would love to return to Batam in due course

I like this hotel because its rooms are clean and good breakfast! Near to batam center ferry terminal and megamall :)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a great view. easy walking to bcs and grand batam mall. The breakfast buffet was good but could use to change selections every couple of days. I had a very pleasant stay. Thankyou so much. I will stay again soon with my family.
