"Staff in the hotel is friendly and so helpful! But the executive lounge is terrible, not many snacks or drinks. No staff in it for any service, only one check your room number in the entry."

"Super helpful staff. 5 overall room had some minor hits to carpet and curtains that diminished the feeling of a topnotch property. Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping. "
