Bad cleaning service The light in the room broke, we stayed in the room for 4 days without lighting. When you tell the reception about a problem they will take forever or never fix the problem, no matter how many times you go talk to them. Bad food, had no taste Would really NOT recommend staying at this hotel!

The property is good but outdated and requires a lot of update! Pool water during my stay had a green color rather than blue which indicates wrong chemicals percentage! On my last day it was blue ! Staff generally ok but they look tired from the long working hours in the sun and the type of demanding guests biding an all inclusive hotel! Food is really tasty and the chef definitely has good taste ! My deepest appreciation goes to one staff who works in the buffet area by the name AYHAN, this person is extremely service oriented and knows to please guests, he is definitely an asset to the hotel. Generally place is acceptable but requires more attention to the general facilities.

Vous me demandez mon avis, vous vous foutez de ma gueule j’ai eu aucune réservation je me suis présenté à l’hôtel avec mon fils et mon mari y avait rien de réserver. À mon nom. Ils ont été agressifs menaçant. On a passé la nuit dans le hall que vous m’avez remboursé Vous m’avez pas remboursé trouvé Taxi à 4h du matin 90 € de Taxi hors forfait téléphonique pour essayer de joindre une personne et à part ça vous me demandez mon avis vous êtes comme les gens de l’hôtel des voleurs à part m’avoir remboursé vous n’avez rien fait d’autre et encore la chambre d’hôtel mais tous les problèmes qu’on a eu à cause de vous ça a été galère, ne fais pas exprès vous vous n’avez même pas fait un geste commercial en tout cas je des photos j’ai le papier de l’hôtel qui dit qu’il n’avait aucune arrêt réservation à mon nom vous m’avez dit Claude elle était fermée vous m’avez menti et vous m’avez envoyé l’e-mail le lendemain de mon arrivée à 10h du matin que vous saviez que j’arrivais à l’hôtel pour 23 heures, vu que j’ai réservé chez vous vol et hôtel j’aurais jamais pensé qu’un site comme vous aurait réagi comme ça et arrêter d’envoyer des gens dans cet hôtel. Il est horrible et les gens sont agressif à mon avis alcoolisé et peut-être plus

Vu que vous n’avez pas réservé mon séjour, je n’ai vu que le hall de l’hôtel avec des gens agressifs alcoolisé sur moi-même drogué. Très sale vulgaire. La clientèle était vulgaire aussi. Ne dites pas que je suis rassis je suis d’origine étrangère aussi je crois que c’est un hôtel de passe, mais dans tout ça vous n’aviez même pas fait de réservation à mon nom ils m’ont donné un papier je n’ai Jamais été inscrit d’abord, mais en tout cas arrête de te proposer cet hôtel à des gens car ils seront en danger là-bas et je vous le déconseille très sale des gens très bizarre

E' una truffa ho prenotato 2 quadruple per il 18 agosto arrivati in Hotel ci hanno detto che era stata cambiata gestione e non riconoscevano le 2 prenotazioni così abbiamo dovuto pagare 160,00 euro per una sola camera di 4 letti e abbiamo richiesto più volte altri 4 letti ma alla fine niente abbiamo dovuto dormire in 8 su 4 letti in una camera sporca è dire poco il cibo a buffet esposto senza coperchi preso di mira da mosche la mattina siamo scappati i loro contatti inesistenti il telefono staccato email non funzionante al pagamento abbiamo richiesto fattura ma non ce l'hanno fatta perchè hanno detto che non potevano farla così ci siamo fatti fare una dichiarazione scritta e firmata dal manager su google se digitate il nome del resort c'è scritto chiuso definitivamente mentre sono aperti e truffano la gente state alla larga sono da denunciare

Terrible experiencia, NO RECOMENDADO

Hicimos la reserva para 7 personas (4 habitaciones) con más de tres meses de anticipación. Llegamos el dia de la reserva, y la niña del front desk en forma prepotente nos dice que la reserva no esta disponible, y que busquemos otro hotel (ojo, la reserva fue en Julio, temporada alta). Le exigimos que nos dieran una solución. Después de dos horas, no dicen que arreglaron con otro hotel, de las mismas características, que nos recibieran, y que el costo lo asumirían ellos. Llegamos al hotel ofrecido, y nos dicen que de Museum nunca los llamaron, y que es un procedimiento normal de parte de ellos, de enviar turistas sin avisarles, y que es normal y común que sobrevendan sus habitaciones. Cabe mencionar, que el hotel al que nos enviaron no era del mismo nivel que se supone que tenia Museum. Destaco también, que el dia de la reserva, y al dia posterior, me presente personalmente en el hotel solicitando hablar con el encargado, y siempre se negó a hablar con nosotros. Es una vergüenza que hotel.com tenga a este hotel dentro de sus opciones.

Öncelikle otelin konumu ve çalışan servis elemanlarının ilgisi çok iyi. Otel her şey dahil konseptinde ve belirli saatlerde alkollü veya alkolsüz içecekler, üç ana öğün ve snack-coffee break, spor salonu dahildir. Otel yemekleri çok çeşitli ve hepsi olmasa da genel olarak güzel yemekler çıkıyor. Otelin kendisine ait havuzu var fakat kendisine ait bir plaj hizmeti olsaydı mükemmel olabilirdi. Bir de otel temizliği ve odaların hijyeni en çok olumsuz anlamda eleştirdiğim konu oldu.

Otel el değiştirmesinden kaynaklı birçok eksiği vardı. Temizlik konusunda son günlerde çok iyi bir hizmet alamadım. Yemekleri ve mutfağı ortalama idi.Resepsiyon personeli haricinde diğer personeller tecrübesiz olduğundan sanırsam müşterilere hizmet konusunda efektif değillerdi. Oda değişikliği talebim olduğunda derhal yerine getirdiler lakin şikayetler konusunda değerlendirmeye alacaklarını söyleyip pek bir faaliyete geçirdiklerini görmedim. Bulaşık be temizlik konusunda daha titiz davranılabilirdi. Yine de tüm personele gerekli ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederim

Otel tadilat halindeydi. Havuz gazı değildi. Klimalar sökülmüştü. Odada tuhaf kocaman böcekler vardı. Çarşaflar hiç değiştirilmesi. Personel, otelin daha açılmadığını söyledi. Biz de o halde neden müşteri kabul ediyorsunuz dedik. Onu yönetime sorun biz bilemeyiz dediler. Kahvaltı korkunç düzeyde rezaletti.
