This place was great, walking distance from Brighton pier and surrounding attractions. Sea view as you exit the gates. Lovely staff and beautiful rooms!

Sheets and room clean and dust-free. Bathroom a bit of a tricky one because of the old tiling holds onto soap residue. Would recommend wearing shower shoes

We didn’t even stay here it was so bad. Room was right next to the front door. Noise from the door banging from other guests was too much. Didn’t realise it

It wasn’t clear that we needed to pre-arrange our check in time as there was no check in desk or similar at the property.
The shared bathroom was dirty, the tiles on the floor and sink were cracked and the walls were very thin between the rooms.
The location is great and near the beach but also near a noisy pub.
