The good! Room was big and had a king size bed! Shower water pressure was great and hot! The bad! Room was dirty and so was the property - like a third world country! Furniture was old and stained! We regret opening the cupboard under the sink in bathroom! The whole property was run down and grubby! And as we were coming back to our room an Asian working girl lets her client out of her room! Yuk! I would stay away if I was you and wotif I really think you should not list this place! The only reason we booked was because we were attending a function at the hotel across the road!

This review is a load of rubbish.The guest had already drafted his review comments before he got here as he has advised that the "only reason" he booked was because he was attending a function at the hotel over the road. He advised that he regrets opening the cupboard under the sink but does not advise why he did so or what was the issue. Another guest complained that there was a mess under the bed and when we advised that no guests ever look under the bed he advised that he dropped his ball and it rolled under the bed to look for an issue.

Transport, food and anything else you may need is close by.motel is old and a little worn but priced accordingly. No far to the city, we had a hire car.

Unit in poor condition. Curtains not hung, crockery chipped, very sad. Only good things good beds and linen and position. The smell of cigarettes from the veranda into the rooms was nauseating. Have stayed before for the convenience but it’s getting very shabby - sad.

Awful - room stank of cigarette smoke, like it had been smoked in every day for 10 years. Every piece of furniture was stained and dirty. Public hair all over the bathroom floor and surfaces, and the shower was mouldy. Probably the worst hotel I've ever encountered. Avoid at all costs

I guessing this guest came straight from the Pub over the road as the smoke probably followed him. What a load of rubbish. Worst guest we have ever had staying here and hope other Hotels don't get a visit from him.

The location and transport links to the city were great. The manager was friendly and helpful. The motel unit has a lot of potential to be something more than it currently is. The cleanliness, lack of utensils and a noisey air conditioner was disappointing.

I have never experienced a place like this. It was disgusting. I didn’t even put my bags down! There was mould in the bedroom and bathroom ceiling, the sheets were stained, curtains didn’t close and it was so run down. It would have been a health risk to stay there and they should not even advertise rooms to rent in that sort of condition. Would not give a full refund.

What a load of rubbish this review is. The guest had advised that the curtains didn't close prior to putting her bags down. If the guest had actually put the bags down they could have checked and would have found that the Curtains do close. We have advised the relief Manager, in future, not to offer any refund to guests who raise issues such as this one...

Look this is quite an old hotel in need of something serious repairs but the bed was very comfy and it was pretty clean so I’m not going to completely bag it out. We were in town for a Touch Comp and the location was perfect for that and the Manager was very friendly and very helpful. He even helped me with our bags which I didn’t expect. 10/10 for service☺️

Urine smell in Unit. Holes in the Sheets. But the Bed itself very comfy. Good location. Massive amount of Spiders everywhere. No Tea Spoons. Broken Electrical Switch(s). Pool un-clean. Peeling Paint in Bathroom. Spiders Webs everywhere. Filth everywhere. Very noisy. Noisy A/C. TV faulty. No Extractor Fan in Bathroom. Did I mention Spiders.... Massive Nest (s) just out on Footpath. Pathways unusable because of Spiders. The List goes on...... Just a crap place which is a shame because it could be so great with regular maintenance.

A very basic and old tired Motel which badly needs updating.The room had the basic needs, but the smell of old cigarette smoke was very unpleasant. The room needs thoroughly disinfecting. The Motel is in a good location and the room had a good size TV.
