Unfortunately we can't be responsible for flight cancellations. We would suggest in future taking out travel insurance or claiming from the airline, who are responsible for covering hotel when flight is cancelled. We received no notification of any kind regarding this cancellation and also no communication from Expedia or yourself. We were fully booked out the following evening so we could not have accommodated you the following evening. If Expedia have told you they requested a discount this is incorrect they would have seen we had no availability as fully booked being a small boutique guest house.

Hi Joeli, This is incorrect. The 3 guest toilets are available 24/7 however being a small boutique property we do request that guests are considerate of other guests and respect our quiet hours from 10pm - 6am and keep the noise down between those hours by considering a shower before 10pm or just showering in the morning. This is to ensure a good night's sleep for everyone which is much appreciated by all. thanks

We do operate quiet hours from 10pm -6am to be considerate for other guests to ensure all guests have a restful nights sleep which the vast majority of our guests really appreciate. Unfortunately we are not like an expensive hotel where you pay extra for having more soundproofing in the walls and can make noise into all hours of the night and early morning.
