The staff was rude and not helpful at all! The person was very NEGATIVE. I had never encountered anything like this in any of my bookings before. I highly would not recommend this to anyone. Please don’t waste your time.

I am so glad you left a review , to be clear you gave me an invalid credit card repeatedly and when I tried to talk to you about this issue you hung up on me repeatedly to the point that I had no choice but to cancel the booking . Please tell the truth .

Clean, simple accommodation, close to a small shopping centre. Although the room had air conditioning in the living area, the cooler air didn't really reach the bedroom, so it was a bit hot - even with the fan on. Although undercover parking was advertised, in reality it was rarely available as the car park seemed to be already full most of the time we were there, so we parked on the street or in the shopping centre car park.

Clear instructions for late check in was the best thing I liked. Requests for the repair of not functioning bed side table lamp and exhaust fan in the toilet was not addressed at all.

I checked the lamp , it just needed to be plugged in . As to the fan I could not call in an electrician in on a sunday . Trades are busy and this was an impossible ask.

Secure, handy, accommodation in Woolloongabba. It was clean and in good condition. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was air conditioned in living area, not in bedroom. However, aircon did just reach the bedroom.

Pleasant and comfortable in a great location
Located close to the hospitals which was my goal this trip, the apartment was everything I needed and more. Pleasant staff and cleanliness was an added extra bonus.

The receptionist could not have been more helpful. You do not get this in Brisbane. Excellent access to the PA and Greenslopes. Will be back again as it was clean, quiet with excellent facilities. All I can say is well done. Unusual to be able to say this for accommodation in Brisbane.

Good for long stays
Stayed 6 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. Had all the ammenities we needed. Great secured under building parking for free. Close to PA Hospital, shops and transport. Easy access to motorway and Brisbane CBD. Apartment was reasonably spacious and included everything we required, kitchen was well equipped.

The location to the PA hospital was excellent. The entrance of the walkway to the hospital which goes over Ipswich road was directly across the street and there was a shopping centre at the end of the street for a range of eating options and for a supermarket.

Very convenient location close to a shopping centre. Very helpful Manager. Free onsite parking in a secure car park. Booked for one night, stayed for three as we found it a good base for our activities. Able to open windows for fresh air. Recommended.

I would not heistate to return to The PA Apartments and also recommend to others. Commumication was outstanding, early checkin was made possible. Property in a great location, would be fantastic for anyone needing to stay close to the PA Hospital. Hosts were lovely, we were fortunate to be able to check in early, they were really accommodating with access to underground secure parking. Rooms have been renovated in great condition, it was clean, plenty of room, big shower and comfortable bed. Buranda shops are easy walking distance with variety of food shops, Woolworths and a pharmacy.

The apartment was very small and pokey. Probably one of the smallest I have ever been in and a bit expensive for what I got. Also, one of the managers insisted I park nose in first. I don't know why this was necessary. I have a big car and this can make it harder to reverse out if there are cars behind me. On the other side, the place was clean and the receptionist friendly and helpful.

The fan in the bedroom was very wonky and this should have been fixed before our arrival. Quality control checking would have picked this up. The construction site next door did not help.
