The property, although clean, had an absolutely disgusting sewage smell. I believe its from the cleaning products and/or old mops being used. It was very expensive for a basic room. The pillows were hard and high with no options for change.

Mould mould mould . Bathroom absolutely stunk of mould . Rest of apparent also smelt . Mould in bathroom . Shame as everything else was quite good

Very handy to Suncorp Stadium (walking distance). Pleasantly surprised to find the hotel had EV charging, which saved us time and detours. Room nice and quiet and clean. Comfortable bed

Gabriella on the front desk was very obliging and helpful when we arrived by accommodating us and letting us check in an hour early. Also I left a bottle of wine in the room which she kindly arranged to give to friends also staying in a different aparment when I rang and explained the situation.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected for. I had to walk to other premisses and the options was very limited and cannot change anything without being charged extra for.

Wonderful position and extremely clean. The only issue was that all of the beds need replacing and were very uncomfortable.

Good location, neat and tidy, great rooms. Staff communication was terrible though. Room came with free breakfast, nothing was said or given when we checked in. Tried to find info next morning could not contact staff, even with after hours number. Went by information in the book on where to go, went there- the restaurant was closed down. Found/paid somewhere else to have breaky. Came back to hotel and they then told us where to go, lady said apparently their books need to be updated then gave me a voucher, checked the voucher and it was only valid for one person (we had a room for 7). Also no secure parking available with booking or to purchase when there as it was full.

Our sincerest apologies for any confusion regarding breakfast on your booking. I contacted the booking agency that your booking was made, to reconfirm if there was breakfast booked however, they let us know there wasn't an option selected for your booking this unfortunately resulted in the confusion and no breakfast vouchers given upon arrival. As mentioned, our compendium had information on breakfast and the restaurant was closed, It isnt a great look and we have spoken to the restaurant.Our procedures will be updated as a result and I thank you again feedback.Travel Safe Kind Regards Quest Kelvin Grove

The property was excellent in all ways but communication. The gentleman who checked us in was impolite and even sarcastic when challenged on his comments about a lack of parking on site and providing customers with this information in advance so that they can make an informed decision about whether the property suits their needs.

Good location, good amenities, and great for families. Room is a bit tired (but still good!). They were refurbishing our floor, apparently we were the last guests in that room, so hope to be even better when we return.

Property was situated 2 min from where I was walking, you felt safe walking around at night and early morning due to being on a uni campus and very populate darea.
