They are quick to take a hold fee off of your card BUT very SLOW AT RETURNING YOUR MONEY. so not a place for me in this day and age it should have been returned 24 hrs after checking out.

Hi Michael, we apologise for the inconvenience. Similar to direct purchase where funds will be deduct immediately and refund transaction taking up to 14 business days to be added into your account. Pre authorisation is a holding meaning that if the merchant do not take any transaction action from the holding, the bank will release the funds back to the customer's account. We can cancel the pre authorisation transaction after check out, but it will take the same time frame for your bank to release your funds. We hope you understand on this. Alternatively, if you chose to stay with us in the future, we do accept cash bond which will be refunded on your check out date immediately. Once again, we apolgise on this issue.

We were visiting our son in Brisbane and this motel was a perfect location for us. We will definitely be booking here if we can on our next trip to see our son. The place was clean, well serviced and the bed was excellent, and it was at a good price. Lewis B.

Very nice and quiet place and nice place and area and pool. Only thing was BBQ was not cleaned by prior people using it and back yard weeds were out of controlled and my husband cleaned it up. Staff were very nice and frendly.

Greeted by a lovely lady in reception. The room was outdated and unclean - mould through the shower, window screens pushed out. Pool and area was also unclean; hair all through the pool, clumps of hair on the pool edge, band aides, strapping tape. Woke the next morning to the smell of cigarette, someone was smoking outside of the room. Takeaway options across the road, although limited; the pizza was great!

Didnt like smoking area. People were a bit noisy standing there talking late at nite, food thrown around the door instead of in bin. Could have slip n fell as i use a walking stick n slower getting out.

The room was a bit dated, with some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I left my laptop in the room and, despite quick notification, the housekeeping couldn't locate it. Lesson learned: always double-check your room before leaving. Staff was polite and responsive, but it's wise to be extra cautious with your belongings during your stay.

Initially we were unable to gain entry to our room due to faulty key card and had to call for assistance and replacement card. Then we were woken by a woman trying to gain access to our room in the middle of the night. Then there was a lot of street racing car sounds all night due to being so close to the main road in Room 5. Quite disappointing, but the room itself for fine.

The secure gated parking was a big plus. Great location and very quiet. Beds and Pillows were good. Shower OK and the place was clean - but very old. The TV was a shocker - 25"? Plus the TV was not visible from bed. AND the TV was hanging off the wall sideways and despite reporting it, they never came to fix it. The units need to be refurbished - and staff improved.

Only the oldness was a step back in time. I reported that the back was off the tv remote, it was not fixed. I complained tgat there was no streaming available like youtube.
