Agnes was very helpful in getting us squared away in Budapest. Though we were a few hours late arriving (our bus was held up by Hungarian immigration authorities - long story!), Agnes had the room and beds ready and was waiting for us to arrive. The accommodation was exactly as described and the hot shower that was waiting was exactly what we needed after spending nearly a whole day cooped in a bus (our ten-hour journey having morphed into a fifteen-hour nightmare).
The property is very close to the main attractions in Pest - to get to Buda, one has to cross one of the many bridges across Danube. We had a fun time at the hostel, thanks to Agnes and her team of helpers.
When we were leaving, we got a taxi at 5:45 am that Agnes had ordered for us the previous night - we had been previously advised not to flag down a taxi in the city, so it was nice that Agnes could get us a trusted reliable taxi early in the morning.
