Nice, clean comfortable stay by the airport.

The pool and hotel were very cute. Very clean. The only thing that could have been better is if our food came out at the same time. I was done eating before the other order came out.

Nice hotel, staff is friendly, hotel was very clean. The room was big with two double a sofa sleeper and kitchen with everything need it. This hotel is about 25 minutes drive from Cancun. So food and entertaining is far and a little challenging. A taxi charge $40.00 each way. My recommendation is to rent a car. I definitely will visit again.

Good property, proximity to the airport. But, they provided thinnest sheets for sleeping ( no comforters kind), we did not get good sleep at all. Upon asking, they ignored our request to provide better/thick sheets or comforter.

Nobody spoke English. It wasn’t easy to book the shuttle to the airport. It’s absolutely necessary because space in the shuttle is limited. The room was not cleaned well. The restaurant staff was very polite.

Well, we expected this property to be bad, but it exceeded this. The property smelled bad all over the place. The bed had hairs, and It was not one hair but several hairs of different kinds. The pillows smelled like someone else slept on them; we ended up just putting our towels and sleeping on top of them. The only reason to stay here is because you need to be super close to the airport, so make sure to bring a sheet or a towel for the bed.

conveniently located

its our second time is this hotel, we arrived at 1230 and the lady at the front desk that wasn’t very friendly rejected us, didn’t offer us to do the paper work just that we could leave our luggage, offer that we reject it since we had a car, by the time we came back 4pm, our room was giving to somebody else, and they wanted to give us a double, the gentleman at that shift solve the problem and find us a room with a king that was an upgrade. there were no towels and had to go down several times, everytime I was promised they would be delivered to the room, towels never arrived it came to a point that we were short on time, I had to go down for a third time, and settle for pool towels

I should of paid attention to the reviews that said there was no bed sheets, we had the same issue. Why would the hotel not have a bed sheet under the comforter? The rug in front of the couch was nasty dirty, the shower floor was dirty. I called the hotel directly from the expedia app and the phone # was wrong and I was told I didn't have a reservation, a few hours before we were to arrive. I showed up 15 minutes before my 750 shuttle, the front desk gal say me and I walked over to get food while I waited. walked back at 751 and was told the bus was full? I had my name on the list & reservation and the breakfast area is right by the lobby! I then had to pay for a cab to get to the airport. There were only 2 us tv channels The hotel was dead but yet they put a family right next to us with kids. they provided 2 shower towels, there were 3 of us. no english at the front desk

Wir hatten ein großes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer, das uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen hat. Leider gab es einige organisatorische Probleme: Wir waren zu dritt, bekamen aber zunächst nur ein Handtuch. Ein Babybett wurde zwar bereitgestellt, allerdings erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und mitten in der Nacht – zudem ohne Bettlaken, sodass wir es nicht nutzen konnten. Unser Kind musste daher im großen Bett schlafen. Das Frühstück war leider überhaupt nicht unseres und sah auch nicht appetitlich aus. Für eine Nacht war das Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage direkt am Outlet-Center.
