My room was very clean and fresh smelling, anything I needed it was provided, a lot of food and business were near, walking distance and I felt comfortable, safe and welcome in my stay.

Worth the price & you're in the heart of downtown

Everything was as anyone would want when they stay at a hotel. Everything was really nice and clean inside. My only issue was how hard our king bed was.

Perfect for families

Room was very easy to access and very clean and comfortable. Our flight arrived late and Monica was very responsive and helpful! This property also had a no contact check in which was very helpful since our flight arrived late.

Overpriced and nasty

Overpriced. The room had no windows so it felt suffocating and depressing. I found stains on the pillowcase and cover. The bathroom was also filled with small disgusting flies.

Wasn't given code nor directions for access to exercise room. Heavy rains leaked in through windows and through open doorway onto roof leaving standing water in the hall and flowing under the door to our room. Poor sound barrier to next door room. Good restaurant below.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this one is necessary to help potential guests make an informed decision. 1. Location: The hotel is quite difficult to find. Our Uber driver took a few wrong turns, and we eventually had to contact the hotel to send a photo of the entrance. Without that, it would’ve been nearly impossible to locate—especially for tourists unfamiliar with the area. 2. Reception: If you’re arriving late at night (after 11 PM), this might not be the best option. There was only one staff member on duty, and the check-in process was slow and a bit confusing—especially for first-time travelers. Most nearby stores close early, so finding a late-night snack is tough. I only managed to find an Oxxo about a 6-minute walk away. 3. Room Standards: The overall quality was disappointing. The bathroom had a wooden floor, which felt unsafe and slippery when showering. I’ve never seen a wooden bathroom floor in any of the countries I’ve visited or lived in. This setup made me uncomfortable and concerned about slipping. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one night. 4. Cleanliness: The toilet was in poor condition—the bowl looked filthy and unclean. It made me extremely uneasy. Hygiene standards need serious improvement. 5. Noise and Privacy: If you’re seeking quiet and privacy, you might want to reconsider. I could clearly hear a couple in the next room being loud all night. It felt more like a slightly

the room was perfect. the host was very accomodating, they had a desk in the room so i was able to have my work computer set up, the air conditioning system in the room was really high quality. it was a super comfortable stay. the restaurant they have downstairs has breakfast lunch and dinner. the prices for the food are really cheap. you get like a full meal for $10 whether its breakfast lunch or dinner. i dined with my girl, had one entree each, and took meals to go for later, and it was only like $40.00 usd. my girl was on her period so she bled all over the bed sheets and it was only like $30.00 to cover the damages or what not. the only thing i didnt like was the taxi service they advertise- they have a small magazine sort of advetisement for taxi service. i ordered one and it didnt come for an hour and a half. it ended up being free for the inconvenience but if you need to be at the airport by a certain time, they are not punctual or reliable. if youre not in a rush and dont care about waiting a couple hours for a ride do it, but if you need to be somehwere at a certain time- i wouldnt trust them. i was messaging them back and forth like hey hey where is my guy? then they wouldnt respond. it felt like i was getting scammed. theres a mcdonalds walking distance and a 7-11 of sorts “oxxo” convenience store just a couple blocks aways. walking distance to Mercado 28 where tourists go shopping. it closes at 8pm. ill be back to Sky Inn! very good prices for a very nice room!

todo muy bien, el sistema que manejan por medio de tecnología para el acceso me parece de lo mejor, sin embargo considero que pudieran mejorar con un guardia en el acceso, a pesar de estar en una zona segura la entrada al edificio tiene muy poca iluminación
