Hotel did not provide breakfast. Elevator smelled of e urine, out dated, and not safe. The room was dingy, not clean and stunk. Would not recommend.

Too little too late

I got an email the day I was arriving to let me know that they would not honor my reservation. The hotel was closing the next day. A little more forewarning would have been nice.

I like that it had a kitchen, that was the main thing I was looking for. Everything was clean, and the staff were very attentive. I would return to this location.

I’ve stayed here over 15 times no exaggeration.. Love it everytime. Always clean & has everything you need for a long stay or just a weekend stay. I love that I can cook in my room. Workout. Do laundry- so convenient!! Staff is always so helpful & nice!

I love that all the suites are fully furnished with cookware and plates and they is even a cupboard in the lobby for odd items like crockpot, blender, and others that you can borrow.

Disappointed

During the stay, we received no housekeeping, and had to make several requests for it to which it was never received and for items that were suppose to be in the room. The room was barely cleaned as it should have been, not stocked with the accessories that were mentioned on the site like dish washing liquid, tissue, or paper towels. When we finally chased them down to get new bedding and towels, we literally had to take all of our things ourselves, find them, and wait until they brought it to us. But the biggest issue, was the fact that they allowed someone to book our very room while we were still in it and told us we'd have to switch rooms to remain there. We'd have to check out at 11, take all of our things, and wait until after 3 to get our new room that came with none of the very things I paid for in the first place and they didn't offer or try to accommodate me for that either, but I would have to pay the same price. It was all the way around unprofessional and I won't do business with this location again.

Too dangerous; no health precautions

Guests are not required to wear face masks at all. Nor do they maintain a six-foot distance from other guests. I took the elevator to do laundry and a guest entered the elevator with no mask. I had on a mask and she promptly told me that she had COVID-19 but she feels better now so it’s okay. I was stunned at her ignorance. I informed the front desk and received a prompt shrug. This is much too dangerous for those at high risk (like myself). We will not extend our stay, but will find a hotel that requires face masks and social distancing.

Great place to stay!! The only thing is you can only access it while driving southbound on the street, due to the highway closeness. Other than that, very pleased!! Great BBQ section that is smokeable. There is a good wall blocking the view of the highway, so it's got a great standing in what it "feels" like location

Would NOT stay again.

Dogs barking at 6AM non stop! No coffee in room. They had room service pamphlet with list of food and price in room, but no room service offered or food delivery. We could hear other guest causing scene at front desk over paying bill at night and again at 7am! Between guest complaining and dogs barking it was hard to sleep. The conditioner pump in shower was broken so we were table to wash our hair. The room AC set to 68, but room was HOT which made the room stuffy and hard to sleep in. There was only one tiny mirror in the little bathroom (only one person could fit in the bathroom), so only One person could get ready at a time. I would not recommend staying here.

Great Stay at a affordable price

This is a wonderful hotel with all of your amenities. Service is always great and the price is fantastic if booked on Hotels.com. i cannot think of any complaints other than not having breakfast but you have a kitchenette so i guess thats the reason. However, im always pleased with the service staff and the hotel itself.
