Top notch hotel.

The hotel is properly looked after and well cleaned. The location is excellent, close to the citadel itself and only a 15 minute walk to the town centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanness, comfort and location.

Self catering in a fabulous location.

In a fabulous location, right next to the walled town. Accommodation basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. We were able to borrow a kettle and use the laundry facilities. Cooking facilities not very good and reception closed between 12 and 3 so no check in during these times. Reception staff helpful but limited language. Parking available at extra cost.

We got to the premises around 1:45pm. The place was closed, there was no way to leave our luggage. We left the place, returned later, but due to this situation we missed the castle entrance deadline. Wasted trip.

Carcassone city break

The apartment was spacious. 1 bedroom, and sofa bed in living/kitchen area. Very clean and great air-conditioning. Kitchen/cooking area was basic but adequate for a short stay. Reception was welcoming and spacious. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was any bother. Breakfast was self service with good choices of cheese, bread and pastries. Parking was reasonable at 10 euros per night in a secure under building car park. The hotel was very close to the "old city" and the city centre. Both within easy walking distance.

Je n'ai pas aimé : L'accueil : car c'est la première fois qu'on me demande ma carte d'identité et qu'on en fasse une copie comme si j'avais louer une voiture alors que j'ai réservé par le biais d'Expedia et qu'on ne m'a jamais demandé ma carte d'identité dans aucun autre hôtel. - Il n'y avait ni liquide vaisselle, ni éponge pour faire la vaisselle alors qu'il y a un coin cuisine pour préparer son repas. Dans les autres appart hôtel, c'est toujour fourni

Globalement je dirais que cet hôtel « rempli le job » c’est à dire qu’il est bien situé à 3 pieds de la citadelle c’est un endroit pour dormir propre . Le personnel est très aimable, bienveillant et précis sur les explications. Le logement est vétuste , délabré mais propre avec tout ce qu’il y a besoin pour un séjour . Je recommande cet hôtel pour ceux qui cherche juste un pied à terre près de la citadelle simple et efficace .

Necesitan mejorar la atención y cuidar detalles

La ubicación del hotel está bien. El problema es que la calefacción no servía bien, una de las cobijas olía a vómito; no hay secadora de cabello, en el desayuno sólo hay pan, quesos, café y jugo; las toallas son demasiado pequeñas y nos dieron solo para 2 personas; en la noche cierran la recepción y te dan un código para que entres por una puerta alterna; no hay teléfono en los cuartos para comunicarse a la recepción así que ni siquiera pudimos comunicarnos para comunicar los problemas. En la mañana que lo comentamos, la recepcionista contestó de muy mala forma.
