Shows poor maintenance and lightings was very poor in the hotel. Makes guest feels less secured.

Property is good, lots of laughter in the morning when staffs were cleaning up. Disrupted my sleep.

Clean, basic amenities are well worth and services are good. At least getting grab is easy for the drivers to go through.

Stay here for 2nd times. Hotel room was clean and nice, very comfortable stay, just a bit trouble to find food, walk 20 mins or more to the nearest shopping mall R&F mall. A little bit of advise please provide 2 bottles of shower gel for 2 pax stay, because the bottle is too small, not enough for 2. Also there is no slippers provided.

Property is decent for a price range of below S$50, nothing to complain about. Water pressure from shower head and rain shower not strong enough.

I like everything about this hotel except the front desk staffs. They are rude and unfriendly and unhelpful as well. I also dont like the fact that this hotel doesnt have room service and no restaurant to provide lunch and dinner. Their customer service team is horrible. I left something in my room and emailed them for help but they completely ignored my email and calls. Not good service.
